El Patio Grill offers light lunches and snacks like salads, pizza, pasta and sandwiches and Caribbean specialties in their “a la carte” - reservation required for dinner.

La Bahía is open for sumptuous full American buffet breakfasts, lunch buffet and candlelight buffet dinners.

Sabatini Restaurant overlooks the Sosua bay. It is a Mediterranean gourmet restaurant “a la carte”. The menu features some of the finest pastas, antipasti, imported beef, veal and lamb -reservation required.

Marco Polo Asian restaurant also has a magnificent view of the bay. Its “a-la carte” menu offers exotic dishes from the Far East-reservation required.

Las Olas translates into “the waves” and is located right on the beach. It serves delicious meals cooked directly in front of guests- reservation required for dinner.

L’Etoile D’Or serves new world creative cuisine “a la carte”- reservation required, there is a supplement charge.
