The Jellyfish Restaurant in Punta Cana

The Jellyfish restaurant in Punta Cana is in a gorgeous setting, right on the beach, they serve delicious fresh seafood with an Italian flare. Even if seafood isnt your thing, weve had some of their chicken dishes and loved them.
The owners of the Jellyfish are Gabriel and his wife Wanda; youll find them to be about the most accommodating hosts youll find anywhere. You can get to the Jellyfish by walking along the beach, taxi, or even water taxi. Many a time that weve arranged to get there by water taxi, Gabriel himself has picked us up.
Check out this map which shows average walking times to the Jellyfish Restaurant from your hotel.
If you cant walk there, give the restaurant a call (they speak perfect English) and theyll arrange to get you there.
The Jellyfish restaurant in Punta Cana is a beautiful, two-storey building right on the beach (between the Melia Caribe & Barcelo Bavaro). Whether you sit inside or out on their gorgeous deck, youll have a beautiful view of the ocean. This is one of the most romantic spots in Punta Cana for an intimate dinner the lighting inside the restaurant was designed to give a kind of jellyfish effect at night, a really neat place.
The beach in front of the restaurant is gorgeous as well and usually very quiet. If youre going to the Jellyfish for lunch I suggest you bring your beach stuff and hang out on the beach there for awhile before returning to your resort.
We dont have a menu here YET, but here are some dishes that weve tried and loved.
