Welcome to Punta Cana Information Guide.com, the place to plan your dreamed vacation to this Caribbean paradise, Punta Cana!

It was 22 years ago when we first went to Punta Cana, it was our first trip to that beautiful caribean destination. We were very excited but it was hard then to figure out what to do and where to go because there was no much information and the hotel’s website was quite poor. We decided to go on our own

We rented a car when we arrived at the airport. We took what we thought was the shortest trip, but we ended up improvising, driving around and arriving to the wrong place.

A trip that was supposed to last about 4 hours was finally 7 hours long. Not very nice, especially for your first trip, to end up on a lonely road driving for hours in the middle of nowhere, not even sure whether you were going the right way, asking for directions that didn’t help much.

Today, although there is a lot of information available on the Net, it tends to be misleading and most of what you find is designed by resorts or travel agents just to serve their own interests. Sometimes while checking the web you even find contradictions between one site and the other one. So, you still have no much idea about how to plan your dreamed vacation, where to go and what to do on your arrival.

Things have changed a lot for our family too. We used to look for quiet romantic getaways to escape from city life, or for places where we could enjoy nightlife and great food. Nowadays we travel with our children Victoria and Jacob and we prefer family-oriented resorts with kids’ programs, so our children could also have fun.

A lot has changed since our first trip, but one thing is still the same, after working so hard through out the year we all deserve the best vacation. Despite all the difficulties on that first trip, we have made of Punta Cana our favourite holiday destination and we hope you will also fall in love with this beautiful place. Mainly because the 63 kilometre stretch of incredible white sandy beaches and clear turquoise Caribbean waters make Punta Cana one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

So, we have decided to develop a web site to offer you information on different topics, to share our impressions with you and give you some tips on planning your next vacation in this Caribbean paradise. Now take a look at puntacana-information-guide.com and start packing for your next vacation.

Located on the far eastern tip of the Dominican Republic, where the Caribbean and the Atlantic shake hands, Punta Cana is an amazing paradise, protected by a unique coral reef that keeps water at the beach calm and safe for those who enjoy swimming.

The Caribbean breeze will make even the hottest days feel nice and if you enjoy lying under a palapa and gazing at the breath taking ocean views, you will be surprised with the unspoiled beaches. Punta Cana is also proud of being the scenery for the best deep-sea fishing in the world, ideal for snorkelling and diving.

We also loved the warm Caribbean breeze in Punta Cana. The light winds help you soothe the heat and make even the hottest of days bearable. However, if you enjoy lying in the sun, a vast amount of “palapas” and amazing unspoiled beaches await you.

Pick your favourite book and lie down to read it, take a nap at the beach or just enjoy the breath taking ocean views and the crashing waves. You will go back home more relaxed, with renewed energy, ready to face your daily routine.

It is easy to find the all-inclusive resort you want in Punta Cana, and they are some of the most reasonably priced in the Caribbean. Even those who plan excursion-oriented vacations in the Dominican Republic find it better to stay at them and use them as a home-base.

However, don’t be afraid of the all-inclusive title. Most resorts in Punta Cana keep the charm and beauty that visitors are looking for. Although what is great about the all-inclusive resorts is that they are especially designed to satisfy almost all your needs without leaving the hotel, choosing a few day excursions or dinners will no doubt make your vacation more exciting and it won’t cost you much.

For water lovers Punta Cana has great offers to tempt you take the plunge. Most all-inclusive resorts in Punta Cana offer lots of water sports and adventure packages. We are sure you will never be disappointed. Whether you are looking for a gentle dip in the warm relaxing Caribbean waters or a more exciting experience, Punta Cana has exactly what you need.

It is your choice and don’t worry, you’ll never get bored! Let puntacana-information-guide.com help you plan your worry free vacation and you will never regret.
